After earning his high school diploma, he completed HVAC training through Northwest Tech and spent his senior year learning alongside Larry. He graduated with his Universal EPA 608 Certification and has quickly developed a passion for solving complex HVAC challenges.

What Tyler enjoys most about the industry is taking broken or troublesome systems and getting them back up and running. He takes pride in helping customers stay comfortable and enjoys the satisfaction that comes from diagnosing problems and finding effective solutions. For Tyler, every day brings a new challenge, which is one of the reasons he prefers working in the trades over sitting behind a desk.

When he's not working, Tyler enjoys riding motorcycles, playing baseball, and spending time on the disc golf course. He also has a need for speed and enjoys racing whenever he gets the opportunity. Whether it's on the job or behind the wheel, Tyler enjoys pushing himself to improve and take on new challenges.

Joshua Hardin

HVAC Apprentice

Joshua Hardin isn't one to shy away from a challenge. A U.S. Army veteran with an Associate's degree in Electrical Construction Technologies and certifications in residential, commercial, and industrial wiring, Joshua spent years building his expertise in the electrical field before making the transition to HVAC. Now, with a year of HVAC experience under his belt, he enjoys expanding his skill set, solving complex problems, and tackling new challenges every day.

What drew Joshua to the trades? In his words, he wanted to prove he could do something that many people won't. He appreciates working in an industry that requires grit, technical skill, and a willingness to get uncomfortable when the job calls for it. The fact that every day brings a new problem to solve doesn't hurt either.

Originally from Arkansas, Joshua spent much of his childhood moving around before eventually settling in NWA. After graduating from North Little Rock, serving in the Army, and spending time in Northwest Arkansas, he found his way back home.

When he's not helping customers stay comfortable, you'll likely find Joshua mountain biking, reading, leatherworking, or enjoying the outdoors. He also possesses the highly marketable skill of being surprisingly good with butterfly knives and fidget spinners—though thankfully not at the same time.

Joshua shares life with his girlfriend, Rachel, and the two have been together for more than three years. Together they enjoy spending time outdoors, making memories, and finding new adventures whenever they can.

Known for his straightforward personality and sense of humor, Joshua brings dedication, experience, and a little bit of fun to everything he does. Whether he's troubleshooting a system or learning a new skill, he's always looking for the next challenge.

Eli "Pronounced Ellie"

Eli is Mr. Ice Guy's official Shop Dog and unofficial Chief Happiness Officer. As a rescue pup approaching her third birthday, Eli has never met a stranger and firmly believes that every customer, delivery driver, and team member is a potential new best friend.

Whether she's welcoming customers through the front door, making friends with other animals, or showing off her goofy grin, Eli brings a little extra warmth and happiness to the office every day.

When she's not busy making rounds around the shop, Eli enjoys spending time with her owner, Christina, taking naps between important meetings, and collecting as many belly rubs as possible. Her friendly personality and lovable charm have made her a favorite among customers and the entire Mr. Ice Guy team.

If you stop by the office, don't be surprised if Eli is the first one to welcome you. She's always on duty—and always accepting pets.

Pig or Piggy

Pig is Mr. Ice Guy's resident feline ambassador and self-appointed Neighborhood Relations Manager. At 10 years old, Pig has perfected the art of making himself at home just about anywhere, especially in the local businesses surrounding the shop.

Known throughout the neighborhood for his friendly personality and confidence, Pig enjoys making his daily rounds, stopping by nearby shops, greeting visitors, and occasionally inviting himself inside as if he owns the place. Most people are happy to see him, and Pig is more than happy to accept the attention.

When he's not networking with the neighbors, Pig spends his time hunting for "gifts" to bring back to the office. While he proudly presents his findings to the team, the staff is usually less enthusiastic and can often be found cleaning up after his generous contributions.

Despite his mischievous tendencies, Pig has become a beloved member of the Mr. Ice Guy family. Whether he's supervising the parking lot, visiting neighboring businesses, or demanding attention from anyone within petting distance, Pig brings plenty of personality and entertainment to every day.

If you happen to see a black-and-white cat confidently strolling through the neighborhood, chances are you've just met Pig—the unofficial mayor of the block.
